Material properties

Tungsten has the characteristics of high melting point, high hardness, high temperature performance, low resistivity, small expansion coefficient, small electronic work function and so on. It is the most widely used high temperature resistant metal material.

Applications

Tungsten crucible is made of pure tungsten as raw material, with the same characteristics of pure tungsten, sapphire long crystal heat field, rare earth smelting, quartz and melting, high temperature heat treatment furnace important container.It can be used in vacuum or inert gas below 2600 ℃.

According to customer requirements, we can provide conventional density (≤ 18.3g / cm3) and high-density crucible (≥18.5g / cm3). The internal surface smooth ≤ 1.6, even at high temperatures can also be zero for the container product contamination.After a special process, the crucible anti-deformation significantly improved.

Product specifications

Conventional density: 17.8 g / cm3 to 18.3 g / cm3;

Special process density: greater than 18.5 g / cm3.

Craftsmanship

We have four kinds of tungsten crucible for you to choose: powder metallurgy sintering the overall shape, tungsten tile riveting, tungsten stamping, tungsten plate spinning.

Powder metallurgy sintering molding process is the most widely used, suitable for large-size crucible preparation, diameter 100mm ~ 700mm, common crucible shape round, square, long type, V type, according to customer requirements, we can provide conventional density (≤ 18.3g / Cm3) and high-density crucible (≤19 / cm3).

Riveting, welding crucible using rolling tungsten plate bending process, and finally through the welding fixed for the preparation of large-size thin-walled crucible, but due to the constraints of thin-walled, low strength, but the cost is relatively low.

For miniature, small tungsten crucible, can be used forging tungsten rods or stamping molding.

Spinning is suitable for the production of thin-walled tungsten crucible, process requirements, the market acceptance is not high.
